A good team activity gives everyone a way to take part. TeamFun offers five live formats, so you can choose a conversation starter, a creative challenge or a competitive quiz to suit the group.
Start with Ice Breakers when coworkers are still getting to know each other. Move to Drawing when you want shared creativity, or Trivia when the group is ready for a scored challenge.
Mix a short Rapid Fire activity with a Guess It round. A varied session gives people more than one way to contribute, rather than putting all the attention on one skill.
Allow a few minutes to join, run five minutes of Ice Breakers, play a short scored game and leave time to talk about the results. Game durations depend on the pack, timer and number of rounds.
