Employee engagement is built over time. TeamFun can support the shared moments around that work: an onboarding introduction, a Friday social or a short break during a workshop.
Choose low-pressure Ice Breakers so new hires have an easy way to introduce themselves. Keep questions relevant to the group and leave space for conversation.
A prepared pack, a clear timer and visible results give facilitators a structure to work with. Drawing and Rapid Fire offer lighter alternatives to a quiz.
Review packs and settings before inviting coworkers. Pick content that feels appropriate for the workplace and explain whether the session is scored. No productivity or retention outcome is promised.
